"Praja Rajyam" Chiru:: What Next?

"Praja Rajyam" Chiru:: What Next?
What’s next for Chiru: I was thinking what Chiranjeevi would do inorder to impress people/vote bank. These are the things I came up with that Chiru would be doing in the next few months…
1. Chiru would pray in a mosque. There will be heavy media attention to this event.
2. Chiru would be eating dinner/lunch in a very middle class family’s house. There will also be heavy media attention to this event.
3. Chiru will launch an outfit (other than party) that would deal specifically with corruption. Just like the ATF in ‘Tagore’
4. Chiru will organize huge ‘Homam’ calling gods to wish Andhra Pradesh with blessings. Again as you know there will be huge media attention.
5. On his way to proposed RathaYatra (around Andhra Pradesh)• Chiru will ride a bullock cart,• Chiru will weave a cloth, • Chiru will even press a shirt in a laundry, • Chiru will cut hair….(this way Chiru will be “Andarivadu”)
6. Chiru will either support nor deny separate Telangana.
7. Chiru will organize “saha pankthi bhojanalu” (people of all castes eating together).
8. Chiru’s party symbol might be “train” as Train always goes forward, which will signify the development of people.
My Friends, I am as good fan of Chiru as anyone of you. I sincerely appreciate Chiranjeevi coming to politics. There is lot of hope he is generating among people like me who wish to see my country without corruption and eradicate poverty. I hope and wish him all the best wishes and success.--sarvejana sukhinobhavanthu---

Chiranjeevi in Politics

http://www.greatandhra.com/ganews/viewnews.php?id=2253&scat=18

When will Chiranjeevi enter politics??This is the hot topic now. Lets see the pros and cons of Chiru entering politics. First of all, is Chiru good leader or good politician. There is lot of difference being politician and leader. Chiru has enormous charisma that he can generate masses to follow him and his speeches, which makes him a good leader.
The way Chiru reacted for MohanBabu's comments on Vajrotsavam maynot make him a smart politician. One good thing before the speech, is Chiru took time to react to Mohanbabu's comments, may be its someone (?) else idea to do so...Undoubtedly Chiru has the following similar to NTR during 1983. His larger than life image is "Na Bhutho Na Bhavishyathi"....

Andhra Politics: Rightnow there is a lot of buzz in AP on BC forming their own gathering(i wouldn't say political party as there are many people who are not united on one front) and Kapus from andhra region are emerging to be a major power players. BC leaders definitely need a leader(not politician) to take the "gathering" to masses. Thats one reason they are pursuing Chiru to enter BC Aikya Vedika.

Why is Chiru waiting:Chiru has very smart and best advisors(or advisor) around him. There is still more than 2 years for next elections. If Chiru enters now into Politics, he might as well loose his folowing by the time the elections are due, which is what NTR did entering politics(creating party) before 9 months election. People at this point are fed up with both Congress and TDP. They are looking for someone whom they can believe, whom they can relive on.My assumption is that, Chiru will definitely enter politics. The timing is very important. Logically, he might enter a party before 6-7 months of election. He might not start a new party as it requires lot of money and resources. He might not join TDP or Congress as he knows that they will just use him for their benefit. The only best possible option is Lok Satta,
........as Lok Satta is being backed by a powerful community and has a a very good reputation in people. All Lok Satta needs is a charismatic leader like Chiru. All Chiru needs is a genuine party with "believable" idealogy. The type of position Chiru is in now, he doesnot need to enter politics to make money. He is at a stage where he enjoys success and already crossed many phases of life. So NAME is more important to Chiru. Larger Than Life: The charitable trusts started by Chiru help thousands of people and motivate lakhs of people. He has to do many more things like this for a social cause. People believe Chiru for what he is and he has lot of charisma. May be, he has to start a website where NRI fans/audience can donate money. Chiru can use this to fund his activities of charity. In a nutshell, Chiru will definitely enter politics, timing is very important..Disclaimer ::
THE OPINIONS EXPRESSED ABOVE ARE MY PERSONAL OPINIONS WHICH I FELT MAKES SENSE LOGICALLY. I DONOT INTEND TO OFFEND ANYONE. IF ANYONE GETS OFFENDED PLEASE EXCUSE ME. MY HUMBLE APOLOGIES. I AM NOT REDDY, CHOUDHRY, KAPU, KAMMA, SC, ST, BC.....BEFORE BEING THAT I AM AN "Indian"....

60 Years of Independence: What makes us proud to be Indian

60 Years of Independence: What makes us proud to be an Indian?First of all, Happy and Prosperous Independence Day. Before I continue the article I sincerely apologize if I offend anyone’s feelings. These are my personal opinions.Let’s see, what makes us proud to be Indian. Past 60 years have been a great run for the biggest democratic country in the world. It took only 50 years for us to be a nuclear nation challenging “superior” powers. We definitely made advances in fields of Information Technology, Education, Women empowerment, medicine etc., We succeeded in many areas and there are definitely lot more things for us to achieve. At this moment of pride, I would like to salute each and every freedom fighter who fought independence. The nation definitely has greatest freedom fighters (other than Gandhi’s and Nehru’s) whom we have forgotten to remember at this moment. I would like to mention four freedom fighters whom I like because of their character and sacrifices.
1. Bala Gangadhar Tilak
2. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose
3. Swami Vivekananda
4. Sardar Vallabhai PatelBala

Ganngahdar Tilak: Most of us know July 4th as American Independence Day, but how many of us know it as the birthday of our greatest inspirational leader Bala Gangadhar Tilak. He was also one of the pioneers to start Ganesh Chaturdhi as “sarvajanik” festival to unite the nation on one front. This makes him my most adored freedom fighter
Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose: The only words that resonate in my ears when I listen to the name Netaji are “Mujhe khoon dho...Main Azadi doonga”. He was the one who made popular “Jai Hind”

Swami Vivekananda: Although he was not active freedom fighter, he and his teachings were inspirational to many freedom fighters. Had it been not to Swami Vivekananda not many nations around the world would have known that there is a religion called “Hinduism”.

Sardar Vallabhai Patel: Had it been not the guts and strategy of Patel, India would have had many more “Kashmir’s’. I salute this brave soldier of BharatMatha who was responsible for integrating our country.
I would like my fellow Indians to add the names of the freedom fighters so that we pay our honors to these legends on this day for their sacrifices.
I would also like to suggest that there is still a lot to achieve for us in eradicating poverty, improving our infrastructure, providing minimum education etc., We have to hunt down the perpetrators of our sovereignty no matter in which country they hide. Whatever might be the face of mayhem (Bombay blasts, parliament attacks, 7/11 blasts, Masjid blasts) let us all unite to bring those involved to justice. Again, with outmost respect to my country, I wish all my fellow Indians ‘happy independence day’
JAI HIND.

Why Rajiv Gandhi International Airport?

This article is not intended to offend any person's feelings/opinions. These are my own opinions which I thought of sharing with my fellow Indians. I apologize if I offended anyone's feelings.
The launching of Shamshabad International Airport is definitely a great moment of pride for us. One of the many people to be appreciated for achieving this daunting task is Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu for his vision to establish the airport. It was under Naidu's regime that the initiation of the airport took place. One of the other person to be appreciated is Mr.Y.S.Rajasekhar Reddy for his efforts to complete the project. Having these two "dynamic and charismatic" politicians is a boon for state of Andhra Pradesh.
The details are good till this point. I was thinking why we named the airport Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. Shri.Rajiv Gandhi was definitely one of the most dynamic leaders India had. No arguments or discussions about it. Now that the airport has been named Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, cadres from Telugu Desam Party(TDP) are protesting to rename the airport to N.T.Rama Rao International airport. As we all know Shri.N.T. Rama Rao was also the most charismatic leader and politician we ever had. No arguments or discussions about it.
The issue is, why should we name an international airport against persons who are associated with contemporary political parties. As everyone would agree the leaders I mentioned above deserve every respect and honor. No arguments or discussions about it. My point is aren't we marginalizing ourselves naming such important landmarks by people associated with present day politics. I mean why don't we name the airport after freedom fighters, whom we forget (other than Gandhi).
There are many freedom fighters from our own state like Kandukuri Veeresalingham Pantulu, Potti Sreeramulu, Alluri Sitaramraju to name a few. Even at the national level there are freedom fighters like Sardar Vallabhai Patel without whose efforts our capital Hyderabad would still be a Nawab's territory. Why cant we name it after Sarojini Naidu sending a right signal to the world about women empowerment in our state. Why can't we name it after Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, chief architect of Indian constitution, who worked all his life for the deprived sections in India. Don't our governments claim to be for the empowerment for lower classes and women. Doesn't it makes sense to name an airport against whom everyone will agree irrespective of all the party lines. Isn't that the respect these great leaders deserve for their contributions towards our country.
Lets consider our history. There are greatest personalities whom we as Indians feel proud to be associated with. As everyone knows its Indians that gave mathematical number "zero" for the world. History says its been used by in Pingala's binary representation. How about Aryabhatta the greatest Indian astronomer and mathematician. How about our greatest emperors Akbar and Ashoka. I can definitely come up with list of names that represent our greatest history.

Again my friends, I am not saying that our contemporary leaders Mr.N.T.Rama Rao and Mr. Rajiv Gandhi donot deserve to have their name on the airport. Its just that we are creating a political ruckus naming the airport with their names. May Shri.N.T.Rama Rao and Shri. Rajiv Gandhi soul rest in peace.

Happy Independence Day 2008

Happy Independence Day: My friends…exactly a year ago I wrote an article on Independence Day regarding our greatest freedom fighters. http://www.greatandhra.com/ganews/viewnews.php?id=2034&scat=17

First of all, our greatest land “bharathamatha” completed its 61 years of Independence. Moment of pride to Indians residing in India and Indians all over the world. Gradually and slowly, my India is growing to be superpower.
Let’s consider something’s which make us feel proud and something’s which we need to move on…
First of all, in 108 years our “Indian Pride” Abhinav Bindra got us one of the greatest achievement. Gold Medal. My hearty congratulations.
Let’s appreciate Mr.Manmohan Singh’s efforts for striving to make the nuclear energy dream com true, which will make India self sustainable in energy. So he is definitely “Singh is Kingh” of the hour.
Lets feel proud about the exponential growth in sectors like Information Technology, Education (IIT’s especially), missile technology, medicine …to name a few. A lot achived ..a lot more to achieve.
Lets’ take pride to be the most populous democracy in the world in addition to the home for four major religions (Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Sikhism).Let’s honor our greatest army “jawans” who sacrificed their lives in protecting ‘India’s” integrity.

Things we need to change:
Let’s not let our political leader(s) decide which part of India we are from and where should we live. Let’s stand united as Indians and let the leaders know India is a sovereign country with every citizen having the right to live in any part of India.
Let’s stand united in protecting our ancestral religious symbols, may it be Raam Sethu or anything.
Let’s take this moment of pride to condemn the bomb blasts that our enemies are doing to create havoc in our country.
Let’s donot mix politics with national harmony. Let’s doNOT elect the leaders who sell their identity and rotten our image of democracy.

Last but not least, let’s honor our greatest freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for us to have this moment of pride. -Bala Gangadhar Tilak-Subhash Chandra Bose-Lala Lajpat Rai-Bhagat Singh-Sardar Vallabhai Patel-Alluri Seetharamaraju-Tangutoori Veeresalingam Panthulu…just to name a very few of “bharathamatha” greatest son’s …
